Ospho Application - Sprayer or Brush?

I've got a gooseneck smoker trailer I'm working on that will be receiving 1-2 coats of Ospho before being painted. Is using a sprayer ok for application or would it be best to use a brush? I've never worked with the stuff so any help or suggestions is appreciated.

    Thank you!

Make sure you use a mask and spray it. A cheap garden sprayer will be your friend. We buy it by the pallets and spray it this way on deck barges after we scale them. It works well.

Are you talking about the cheap tank sprayers you pump to pressurize and get from any box store? If so, thats great. Do I need full PPE with a respirator or what? I'll definitely make sure I spray on a calm morning.

Definitely wear eye and hand protection. You're dealing with an acid.

I'd actually use both methods. I like to use a brush to get in tight space or really work that stuff in if you have some rust spots.

It's a great product. I use it on all my metal projects.

        Oh look a fajita!!

I'd use a brush. It goes on very easily, it's the consistency of water.
