I don't know of any in Memphis. There is a place in Turkey and a spot in Estelline.

There is a guy who has a BBQ trailer that makes amazing food. He was at he golf tourney every day I played in Memphis over Memorial Day. It has big orange letters I thing. Fat boys or something

In Childress on the east side of town in a red metal barn. Can't remember the name but good food. They will run out of food on busy days.
