Had a trip to Shreveport a few weeks back and needed a good place to grab some boudin.
Spent $150 on a whole assortment of goodies.

The smoked boudin was great.. as was the cracklins
Seafood boudin was ok, wife liked it.
Giving the chicken a try tonight.
Smoked and stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños.

Just finished dinner and the smoked stuffed chicken was amazing.
I will definitely get more of that next trip.

Father's day I am gonna try the bacon wrapped stuffed ribeye.

Man that looks good. That ribeye sounds delicious, so be sure and post some pics

The ribeye was amazing.
It was sliced then layered jalapeños and cream cheese.
Rolled up and wrapped with bacon.
Grilled to 130º and let it rest for 10 minutes.
They were just perfect.
