Steven Avery documentary. Can't remember the name but it is binge watchable. Will really make you think about our judicial system.

Happy People: A Year in the Taiga - fascinating, especially for outdoors-type people

I enjoyed this one as well.

Watch the series "Fearless." Its about the brazillian bullriders that have come up and won for years. Very interesting.

This is my favorite one! Dude makes his own wooden arrows too!

Best part is at the end he says, "When I die, all I want my tombstone to read is 'Here lies a ballplayer.' " That gave me chills the first time I watched it

The documentary named Cooked is also really interesting. It explains how fire, earth, water, and air affect and are used in cooking, how cooking evolved and some of the science behind it.
