I have the stihl with trimmer, blower, edger, pole saw, skil saw blade and tiller attachments.
Have had it over 10 years and very happy with all but the pole saw. Is probably something I could easily fix but I just use skil saw blade instead. Also have 4 foot extension which works well.

A great system, only one motor to take care of.
I have all kinds of attachments from my old weedeater. The pole saw was the one I was going to replace with a stihl attachment though. What issues did you have with it?

Can't answer for rjet, but I have the pole saw and extension and it has worked flawlessly for me. I've taken down some pretty massive pecan limbs too.
Love my echo- is fantastic, I know you asked about Stihl but just wanted to let you know for what it's worth..... Which isn't much....
same same
I have the line trimmer, pole saw, hedge trimmer, and tiller. Having one powerful motor and attachments makes so much sense to me... maintenance and storage are WAY better... not to mention it's cheaper.
I'm sure Stihl knocks it out of the park.
I've had mine over 10
Years and never had a problem. I have the km90 head unit with following attachments
Cultivator
Straight trimmer
Hedge trimmer
Pole saw
Extensions- make sure you get the carbon fiber lightweight!! I've used 2 extensions with my pole saw and it gets the job done.
