You need to serve craft beer from your local breweries and the more popular ones from the surrounding cities. Check with your distributor on what sell the best and is available in your are. If they don’t know. Look for a new distributor.

In my opinion part of the fun of going to a place like yours is checking out new beers that I did not know about, that being said here are my local favorites.

Yellow Rose from Lone Pint, 521 Pecan porter, St Arnold's Divine Reserve.

Also please don't be swayed by the amateurs on here who are still learning to drink beer. When I was a young teen I too like bud and miller. Now I like local brewed beer by small local company's, supported by local places like yours.

Thanks for asking for feed back on this. Here are somethings I would avoid if I were you.

Keep your beer list dynamic. Dont get an expensive looking list only to have to cross out my favorite beers I cant enjoy.
Server the beer in the same way the brewery does. Dont put it in a small glass to save money.
Don't keep poor wait staff. They dont have to be expert beer people they just need to be QUICK lol.

        hope this helps!

I am a huge fan of Red Frog. Trouble is, you have to be on a Carnival Cruise to get some. I understand it is brewed by Bud exclusively for Carnival. Good stuff Maynard!

I went to California for work a few years back and had one called Magic Hat #9. I also found it in Vegas. Not sure you can get it in TX. It has a hint of apricot.
