    Workers Comp/Impairment Rating ?/help

I know I should have gotten a lawyer but kinda/probably too late now. Have a second BRC scheduled for the 13th and need a question answered. My Ombudsman is less than helpful. I didn't realize this until our 1st BRC 3 wks ago, and then our phone appt last Friday.

So....... If anyone is willing and has knowledge of laws/books regarding impairment ratings, please drop me a pm.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Derek.

It's not too late till you cash the check after the rating.(I think). I've been through it myself.

Cashing the check has nothing to do with finality. Derek, I will shoot you a PM in a bit. Have to get a couple things off my desk first.

No check. Just decides if I get sibs for retraining. 2 diff Dr impairment ratings. One 14%, other 18%. Need to know which is correct, legally.

Just sent you a PM. Signing off but will check with you shortly. As you know, huge difference between 14% (i.e. no SIBs) and 18% (SIBs/DARs etc).
