Looking to buy some land need financing suggestions.

We are looking to buy a neighboring piece of land and are looking at financing options. We are looking in to Capitol Farm Credit but could be open to other options. The amount is about 120k and we ha e a house payment so we are trying to find the low impact options maybe a 15 to 30 yr loan but we have excellent credit , any suggestions from the Green screen?

Check with your local rural bank. I'm closing on a property tomorrow with one and they had the best loan for me.
