Looking to buy some land need financing suggestions.

We are looking to buy a neighboring piece of land and are looking at financing options. We are looking in to Capitol Farm Credit but could be open to other options. The amount is about 120k and we ha e a house payment so we are trying to find the low impact options maybe a 15 to 30 yr loan but we have excellent credit , any suggestions from the Green screen?

If you're a Veteran .. Try a Texas Veterans Land Board TVLB. It may take a little longer than others but it's worth it.

I just bought @ 31 Acres last year about this time. Normally close in @ 30 - 45 days if all is good. All paperwork is handled Online with digital signatures. Just make sure you have a good computer printer with a scanner.

    Hope this helps.

Also try Texas Farm Credit. They were very easy to work with and very helpful.
