      Heard that it might of just been a suicide. Could be wrong. Had a truckload of material being delivered out there and could not get on base.

        Yeah. We had WACs (I'm old) attached to our Bde HQ when I had to pull TOC security. They kept on going outside the wire with helicopter pilots from the TxARNG to do things in the bushes. I wouldn't have touched one of those females.

        A Major from the 101st that was attached to us saw what was going on and ended that stuff quickly.

            Every 2 weeks or so of nothing but MREs they would have Supply crews bring us out some hot chow. After being in the field for so long without showers you become like a wild animal, very sensitive to unnatural smells. Sometimes there would be females on the 5 tons and if they came in upwind you could smell the perfume from over a mile away, drove us wild. They wouldn't touch any dirty red leg enlistees that hadn't bathed in weeks though.
