Saw one on YouTube where a buck ran a doe in a creek . I thought he had drowned her .

I'm wore out just watching that one.

Many years ago I witnessed a similar event where a doe crossed a creek in front of me and behind her was the biggest buck I have ever seen. He had long sweeping main beams with at least 12-14 short points going every direction off the beams. He chased her all around me for at least an hour. During the run a smaller buck charged in and the big boy ran him off in a heartbeat. Just before last shooting light he came walking by me at 17 yards. I was so shaken I shot 2 feet low with my recurve and that was the only time I ever saw him.
