Blind Question

What is the littlest square tubing you would go with for the frame of a perminate ground blind. Im thinking of going 3/4 of an inch so it will be a little lighter. Is this to small? I figure with it all welded up and the sides mounted on it will be plenty strong.

You should be fine, it's all how support it

3/4" will be plenty strong. Biggest concern would be using self taping screws for attaching the siding and "hitting" the tubing when drilling from the blind side. If you use other means of attaching the siding should be less of an issue.
