    Felt like drawing..

First time in a couple years I've picked up a pencil. I started sketching this back in 08 and forgot about it. I got an itch to draw this evening so I've been working on the Indian chief for about 3.5hrs. I still have a ways to go. I'm going to draw his daughter beside him and put some background. Next is finishing my sons superhero picture I started a while back. I started Hulk but not sure what I'm putting around him yet. I forgot how much I love to draw.

Thanks guys. To be honest...neither of these were in my head. I saw this Indian in a painting and thought it would make a good black and gray portrait. I can't remember where I saw the pic of Hulk. I like to look at alot of pictures or something in real life to get inspiration. If I can look at it or something similar I can draw it but sometimes I have a hard time coming up with details in my mind without some examples to see.

The detail in that is nuts!! Of all the things that impress me in those drawings, the detail in the hair impresses me the most. That takes some talent and time to make hair look like that on paper!!
