I would say at least 4 times a week. That is just for Supper. Leftovers for lunch often. Its either deer burger or backstrap.

Luckily it is almost 100% of our meat consumption. Just topped up the freezers with hogs shot a couple weeks back.
I have 3 growing boys, oldest is 16, all play sports.... we consume a lot of meat.
