Had to evict and remodel!

Had an unwanted guest take over my panel blind. When I finished kicking them out I gave the blind a facelift. Gonna try out the evergreen finish. Wife was gonna throw out the old artificial tree so I told her I'd take it!

What do you line your panel blinds with?
Im thinking of building one of these to go on a 6ft platform i already have. I was looking at some of the thick construction grade black mesh. Dont remember the name. Its almost like a trampoline netting and comes in 8' X 50' rolls

That should work. I used heavy duty black plastic like you would use under concrete. It has been there about 5-6 years and has held up ok. Thought about using the thin rubber mat material from Tractor Supply that is on a roll if I redo. That is what is on the top. The top is panel tied all the way around and supported.

Lol, hope he is gone also. I have cleaned blind out on afternoon hunt and it all be back inside by morning hunt

Drove up on Dads blind last saturday, and see door ajar. Dad says I will wire it closed, as he walks up there were two barn owls fly out. And he discovers 8 owl eggs lined up inside, so we decide to leave it, and let them finish, he says lol they will be gone by deer season.. and you could smell it 10 foot from the blind. so we gave into the "birds" this time..
