SBE II issue

I have an older model SBE II, synthetic stock, 28" barrel, with the Heckler & Koch name on the barrel, and I can only fit 3 shells in the magazine. I have removed the plug, and still can't fit any more than 3. Any suggestions or advice?

How many shells do you want the magazine tube to hold? It should only hold 2 with the plug in. They should make magazine extension tubes that screw on.

I'd like for it to hold more than 2 shells, without the plug. I am looking to do some hog eradication, and need the firepower.

magazine extension, I use one for Snow Goose conservation season.

I have a M2, and the magaine only taks 3 rounds.

I know its not a SBE, just some info.
