I have two spots open on a 1003 acre lease in Marion county north of Jefferson, TX. It is mainly planted pines with a variation in age oldest being just about ready to thin, but it does have a few good hard wood bottoms with about 4 different creeks running through the place. Its $975 a gun and is family friendly, but your direct family (wife and kids) hunt off of the tags you are allocated. We do have management rules in place. The leases above and below us also have management plans set in place as well. There is no electricity or water available. All the roads are in great shape. PM me for more details.

I have one more spot available. The lease will be a total of 1300 Acres and 9 people. I have two hundred Acres that border my east boundary that I have decided to include. We have had the 200 acres for 15 years. It was solid hardwoods but they clear cut it last year and planted it in all pines.Comment
