    That looks great. What part of San Saba county are you located? We had 1.3 inches Northwest of Richland Springs Friday night and a bit more today.

Maybe a crazy thought but Texas is subject to wild temperature swings and being able to switch on the air to even set at high 70's or heat to 50's is a concern I have when I couldn't physically get to the cabin.

                  LOL! wish we had internet. Barely get phone service. Of course, that's not entirely bad in my book. No One to bother us. LOL!!!

                        Have you looked into Central Texas Telephone Co-op for a land line and Internet. They just spent two weeks bringing fiber optic cable to our new house....$50 for the telephone hookup, $75 for the Internet hookup.
