I usually catch all my bait, but I have an 80w avet on a barrett shark rod that I need a couple of big baits for.

For what's it's worth when I needed shark bait and didn't have any I would go by the fish cleaning stations in port a and pick up some left overs out of the gut buckets. As long as they aren't listed as game fish then they work great for bait.

You know I asked a million guys where to buy bonita and I never got a good answer. I had to laugh when I found then at Fricken Buc-ee's in Freeport on 332... I still kind of laugh but I get mine at the local gas station
