Got another update.

Atv's are allowed as long as they stick to designated roads and trails and dont tear anything up.

Booze is allowed as long as it stays at camp.

Kids are welcome but may not hunt by themselves.

The guy says that the cabins all have electricity and share one common shower/bathroom facility....there is a larger main cooking/dining cabin with a fireplace.

The creek is supposedly nice for fishing and swimming.

This place sounds good and since your paying for lodging that price aint really that bad.

Im looking for 8-9 other guys, (8 if my cousin wants in.. and 9 if not) that are seriously interested. This place may have potential to be the start of a good long term lease. If I get enough interest, Ill contact the guy and we can go view the lease. He already has 8 feeders on the place that are feeding twice daily.

yeah it is still alot. Im told him that there was no way i could get ten guys together for that price and asked if he'd negotiate. No word yet
