    Empty Freezer!

So ... my meat harvest is limited to my yearly buck on the family ranch as well as dove/quail and pork straps/loins. Around this time of year, the freezer starts looking a little empty. Any TBH'ers in the Houston area with the opposite problem? Nothing worse than letting your animal go bad due to freezer burn. I'd be willing to pay a few bucks to take some meat off your hands. (I can hear the jokes already LOL) I don't mind if its a couple years old if sealed properly. I've never hunted/eaten exotics but have always heard that Axis/Nilgai are awesome eatin'. Hoping to give it a try... Relatively new to TBH and hoping this isn't inappropriate for some reason I haven't thought of. If so, excuse my ignorance lol

There was someone in the DFW area that was willing to let go of some that they had left over if you have a reason to be up there.

I have some elk meat that I could spare. I probably have a half dozen packages of ground meat I would be happy to give to you if you would like.

I have some extra if you need. Biggest town near me is Seguin. I have a 40 pound box of elk burger in 1 pound bags and about 5 rings of elk sausage. I killed the elk last fall. We very seldom buy meat from the store, but I need to make room. I have pheasant, antelope but it aint getting shared
