Great Fathers Day idea for you fishermen

After reading James' thread about taking his father fishing, I realized that some of your fathers are no longer with you either due to death or living out of the area or being incarcerated, SO....

I thought I would volunteer as a surrogate father for all of you whose fathers are MIA. Yes, you can take ME : fishing on Father's Day in your incognito father's place! How great is that?

I'm pretty easy to care for; will drink almost any free beer; will always flush the commode; will only flirt with your wife/girlfriend when you are distracted to keep the jealous rage down to a simmer; will let you brag on catching the biggest fish even when I catch it; will not criticize about how sloppy you clean my fish; will keep my shirt on in front of said wife/girlfriend so as not to embarrass you. I also hate theifs and poachers!

If, for some reason, you are unable to arrange the adventure on Fathers Day, you may possibly reschedule it or you may PayPal me the estimated cost of the un fulfilled trip.

I love doing this public service stuff! It is so gratifying and makes me feel good.

Aw, heck...... Count me in too. I know I'm not old enough to be everybody's father around here, like you are. But I'm old enough to be some folks' dad. If you're booked up already and somebody wants to take a dad fishing, then I'll offer to fill in for you.

Do you have any references? I'd hate to take a child predator and have to watch my back the whole time . I mean, you could be a "baiting" folks here since this is "on line". Isn't that called "trolling". And no telling what ya might "catch" since this is a "fishing trip". And I've done seen the pics of you in the bathroom full of roses. And I'm only a mild 60 yoa. I better check with Chew about you.

References? References to what or to whom? I was making references to fishing! I was referring to the need for sons to take a father fishing so they would feel better, and I was referring myself. That's all.
