      It will definitely change driveability, short wheel base, and jeep steering is in my opinion not a rookie system, I almost lost my 1st cousin, so from me please make sure to explain the changes, and how they react... not trying to offend anyone, I have a jeep too, but its not like driving a super crew truck... but they are awesome machines....

        Yes sir. It's a reason I wanted a shorter lift. We practiced in it on and off road for over a year before he got the keys to use daily. Good point

          I ran 33" tires on my 2000 with a 2" budget lift and they rubbed when you flexed it out. My dad had an 01 with a 4" and 33" tires were just right. But, like said above, you can run bigger tires with less lift. Just have to change different parts or be willing to cut it up.

            Thanks for all the advice. I finally decided on the 2.5" OME. I'm going to stick with the 31's and see how she looks first. After this thread and lots and lots of research I'd rather spend the extra $ and do it right the first time and stay away from the headaches budget boosts give.
