I always loved my silkies. If I remember correctly they were banned in the marine corps for pt during 2012. We would still wear them for platoon functions, but company wide or above they weren't allowed.

Love my silkies!!!! Under Armour has done a decent job copying them. I have a couple pair and a couple pair of the original silkies. My daughters can't stand when I push mow the front yard in them. Hahaha

Only thing as good as silkies is the Woobie. That's the poncho liner for those who don't know. Still crash on the couch with it.

All I have worn for underwear since 97. My wife hates them but then again they aren't her nuts that they keep cool and comfy. Thought I was the only one.

I found a place that sells them for $7! And yes the woobie is AWESOME!

They do make fine underwear as well. I've ordered a few pairs.
