That just goes to show how non-aggressive Timber Rattlesnakes are. As it turns out that snake should have bit him because it didn't turn out very well for that sucker.

I got one. Sitting Indian style on the ground comes out 6" from my leg and slithered 2" from another hunter. The photo was taken as it moved off.

I must say I'm a kill all snakes burn the ranch to the ground guy but I believe I would have spared that one.
