Having a hard time wrapping my mind around this--if matter doesn't travel, and I'm made of matter, then how would I time travel? Do I become non-matter? Does the space that travels come just to me? What about my wife and dog in the living room?
Easy. Imagine being on a conveyor belt. The world around you moves but exert no energy to move. With a warp drive the ship is stationary and space moves around it. If you have a tarp stretched tight and you place a marble on it, it stays still. Now, gently press on the tarp and the marble moves to you without effort from the marble. Same idea. So, you can move matter through space without ever actually moving matter.

Think about this. That space drone was orbiting for 4 years. It had no solar panels so how was it powered? New battery tech or a mini nuclear reactor onboard?
Lessee here...last couple of months the little fat kid had a couple of WW-II era rockets go woosh-creak-boom. Couple weeks later, a secret space plane lands. Makes ya wonder...
