So my deer lease trailer was destroyed by the tornado that hit Canton last weekend. Inside were a number of hunting items, including my swarovski binoculars. I have receipts for everything but the binos. I didn't purchase them new, I traded a couple of guns for them. My question is, how do I go about proving their value and that I had them?

Do you have any pictures with you holding them, wearing them, using them?
That could help. Most likely your agent will have better answers for you about what is covered and what is not.
