I see you have the lid strapped on the feeder. What is the item on the side of the feeder? Does the top leak? Just curious because I was looking at one of these feeders.

Hinges broke on it- wood inside the top is rotting a little. It's just a horse mat laid in between to keep water out

I didn't shoot it . The pic progression shows like 20 pigs coming in, then the buzzards land on top of the feeder , then this pic. Don't know if it got caught in the fence or got attacked. You can see my gate- all the hogs enter and exit that one spot.
