    Food plot pics

The spring plot has been in for three weeks now and is coming in nicely! 25# of lablab and 25#'s of iron clay was this year's mix.
This is a pic after I planted. And here is where we are today!
    It's going to be on!

    Who else is planting?

Covered up with them but I don't run a feeder over there so they tend to stay on other portions of the lease. I learned a long time ago if you run a feeder in Angelina county your just a pig farmer!

Just something peaceful about a nice green food plot! I like it! Wish my lease owner didn't run cows on our place, I'd plant a bunch of food plots!

I planted 60lbs of mix three weekends ago out by Haskell but haven't had much rain on it. This weekend showing over a half inch in forecast so I am crossing my fingers.
I think my mix was around 25lbs of cowpeas, 10lbs of Lablab, 5 lbs of Sun Hemp, 5 lbs white clover, and some other stuff I wasn't as familiar with
