I didn't even realize it till the other day, but my 2017 RAM 2500 has power locks on the tail gate. It locks and unlocks when I hit the button to lock/unlock the truck. Who knew!
A thief can easily bypass the stock the lock. I'd recommend an additional lock or at the very least a hose clamp.
