Not really. It would be a real stretch and it ain't happening with the people we have running the show now. I did file one where a robbery suspect accidentally shot his partner in the head and killed him. Felony Murder (killing someone without true intent but engaged in criminal activity that a reasonable person would assume could result in death). Or something like that.
