                    Not sure why some left, but one is leaving due to health issues and 2 others are actually on another lease close by and wanted to spend more time at the other place.
                    As far as cost goes, the place is 3,100 acres and has 12 people on it and lease out at $6.68 per acre.

                      Just got off of a lease in Walker. They are not easy to come by there. Especially with water and elec. Our place got sold.

                      There are some decent deer in that area.
