Picked these beauties yesterday after work. Decided to throw a couple of pies together and now they're in the oven! I need to run grab some Blue Bell real quick! Also tried something with the left over dough. Flattened it out to about the size of a thick tortilla and filled that puppy full of peach preserves. (Since I don't have any peaches) That one I'll be curious about!
