rocksprings deer lease 09-10

This was on SET.com we have owed the ranch for 2 yrs with yr around feeding. The particular 2000 acres is a small portion of the ranch. As far as we know the acreage has not been hunted in many yrs. The lease is a yr around lease. It entitles each hunter 2 bucks,turkeys,and hogs and NO DOES. The first yr, lease has lots of exotics. There will be an additional charge for exotics. There is a Lineman camp available its a fixer up. You furnish your own blinds/feeders. Leasee is allowed to bring a guest.

14 people at $2k a spot, doe's may be available after a survey is done...He only wants one person to deal with not a bunch of individuals...I would be interested if someone would take the lead

I may have steered you wrong but I don't have this lease it was just on a local web site called southeasttexas.com, under the hunting section. I have about 4 or 5 guys but 14, that's a lot of people to get on the same age with rules and ect...

I would hate to hunt 14 on just 2000 acres. That's alot of guns (assuming it is not bow only). I don't miss the rock huntin one bit

I would really be in for that one but only on the basis that maybe we could notch down the number of people. I know a ranch that has 10 guys on 2000 and that still seems too much for me....id be more for like 7 guys. But would anyone else be up to pay the extra?

o....i could get one for sure....maybe two. Good guys too....ill vouch for em. Were management minded, workload pullin individuals.

Id pay 3K if the hunting is promising....i mean i dont need any giant "book" deer but its always good to have bucks worth hunting for. That but i really miss having a lease to get away to and enjoy some relaxation.
