Yeah, it's between his ears. Mechanics tweaks aren't the fix. You could see the fear and defeat in his eyes when he first walked to the mound.

He reminds me of Holland, when Holland made one or two mistakes he let it go to his head and could never recover! seems to be the case with Dyson but it is even before he gets on the mound that he is making mental errors!
