Prime New York Strips 1 1/2 inch thick, baked taters, grilled asparagus, salad, some beers and then some nice Merlot.

Got 2 pork tenderloins. Doing 1 in the smoker stuffed with cream cheese and Serranos. The other will be in the oven with apples/pears and sweet potatoes.

250 for 3-4 hours on my Traeger. I wrap them after 2 hours.

That's why we are poolside. [emoji106] Well , I did shoot some arrows about 45 minutes ago. After yesterday we are to stuffed for much of anything. ...lol.....these women are on a 4 day "cook a thon!"
