I was told that the inversion table and traction table are only temporary because once you are on your feet, you will be compressing the fluids back out that are drawn in while on either table. I have a herniated disc as of 6 weeks ago. No surgery, they will be giving me exercises to do.
I will be interested in other thoughts-table is in sale at academy.
Makes sense that you would be stuck using it full time as a temporary pain reliever.

I do, along with all other animals that will hold still, and Humans for 18 years now.
To the OP, please let me know how it works for you. Your Chiro may turn me on to something new because as I mentioned I would not recommend for scoliosis patient. That being said, I know nothing about your case or the degree of your curvature. G-Luck, I hope you feel better soon.

I like mine. My 70 yr old dad has a wrecked back and uses his every morning so he can get loosened up for the day
