Crazy, change of drawers might be needed right there.

          Nice!

My wife's cat will do that to our dogs when they are sleeping.

I had one close like that...

while scouting for turkeys at Lake Aquilla on Corps land. Cat came sneaking in from my left and got to about 4 feet before I saw it. We had a standoff for a few minutes before it walked away and then circled downwind of me. Then it moved away. It didn't know what I was at first and it didn't seem to care that I was trying to shoo him away.

And all I had on me was a pocket knife.

I'm confused. I thought the guy was a hunter?

He was until the cat turned the tables on him and he became the hunted

I have called 2 bobcats to the steps of a deer stand. Most recently was on a pig hunt and I had my foxpro in the window of the stand. Stand was about 3 feet off the ground and had no doors. I thought it was cool till I figured that cat could be in my lap at any second.

Ha! A few years back during deer season I made my way to my ground blind before the sun came up. It wasn't really a blind as much as a chair in thick brush cover. I could see a owl flying around and he was big. Next thing I know he was coming right at me. I felt like a little girl flailing my arms around.

Awesome! I think bobcats are some of the most fascinating predators.

My point being I didn't hear a BANG!

There was an entire 30 second time window where it was pretty darn obvious what intentions that cat had. That guy watched himself be hunted.
