We got 5" of rain here in Waco. 3" overnight and then 2" between 5am and 8am. Flash flooding was horrible. I do not understand why the school district I work for did not delay classes. EVERY street I drove the bus down had water over the curbs.

This is one of those misses that really hurts.

South Texas was predicted to be set for a great spring with this rain... It's not a happy morning.

We ended up getting some.... It didn't come the time predicted, or in the quantity.
