Nothing wrong with Cumberland Crossing. The wife and I almost built a house in there, but we're lucky to find the right home for our needs in Riverwalk.

Several TBH'ers in the area also.

I lived in cumberland back in the 90s. It wasnt bad. But havent been in there in years. Is Cumberland crossing on the other side of 1314?

If they would make the exit to Porter about three lanes bigger you could actually get home in the evening

We looked over there when we moved to the area. You get a lot of house for the money. Liked Riverwalk better and was going to build. Wife would not wait for me to build something so we ended up buying a old home in Kingwood. Traffic has become a nightmare everywhere you go around kingwood and Porter. When I retire in about three year, im planning on moving out of that rat race.

Never lived there but stopped at the WalMart once. That might tell you all you need to know. Kingwood might be a better option.

They will be opening a new one soon in New Caney, which will make the porter store much more navigable.
