    Thunderheads?

Does anybody shoot thunderhead broadheads? What size and what do you like about them?

Been using 100 grain Thunderheads for years. I use them because they have consistently worked for me and fly straight.

I shoot the 85 grain Thunderheads. I've shot several pigs, a turkey, and 1 doe... they're good and relatively cheap fixed blade broadheads. 6 to a pack for about $30. Hope that helps.

Thanks. Do they make a four blade 125 grain version?

The broadhead that I always go back to. Re-Thunderheaded some arrows today. Good, reliable, tough, straight flying fixed blade that you can get replacement blades most anywhere that has any archery stuff.

NAP has a four blade but not in the Thunderhead version as I recall. They do make a three blade 125 grain with an inch and a quarter cut this is as good as it gets.

125grain for 15 years. Have taken 2 caribou at 36yards and at 8 yards both with pass throughs. Black bear 280 lbs. pass through. Multiple deer and hogs and they had no complaints. Did try Muzzy 3 and 4 blades they just didn't work for me.

I stopped at Academy to pick up some 125 anything heads just for spares...they had nothing! I have shot some 100 Thunderheads and they shot fine,if I find some 125's I will but them in box for backupd!
