Lucky when it comes to hunting

I just purchased 11 acres in Collin county and I am about to start building a house. Turns out it has some good deer and a ton of pigs. That in itself is lucky enough, but today I met my neighbor and he gave me the gate code and permission to take the kids to fish his 50 acre lake that is stocked full of pure Floridas! He said that if my daughter likes to fish as much as I said she does, he will have a small gate installed so she can just walk over and fish anytime she wants. He also said he he would love to take me out to his ranch, I asked if its about the same size as his place (300 acres) next to mine. He smiled and said no, its thousands of acres and no one hunts it!😳

Nope camera is on the new home place. Loaded with pigs, you know I have spots in Oklahoma and Kansas for big deer, I'm more excited about getting to shoot some pigs behind the new house!
