I would be following a bright red blood trail in that tall grass. Looks like an easy shot to me. I would even kill that other buck where hes standing. Probably around 25 yards or so.

YEP. Shot a 9 at 18 yards through the front shoulder at the exact same angle as the picture and he didn't make it out of the pen.

No. I don't like his body being turned the way it is and the other deer isn't in a good spot for me.

i really like heavy tine deer . . . they don't score what they really look like but i really like when the mass goes up the tines.

He scores about 163.
