    Conroe does get crowded on the lower 2/3 but if you launch at Cagle or Stubblefield you won't have those issues.

      Thanks for that information. The Bayport to Baycliff area looks pretty well open to an east wind, but the Moses Lake area looks interesting.


      Conroe is not. There are always boats your size on this lake. I see em everyday. Especially the north end. Lots of stumps and stuff so the pleasure boaters tend to stay on the south half of the lake below 1097. Hell there's Kayaks out everyday in the summer.
