    Good news

My youngest boy is graduating from A&M this May and he had received an acceptance letter for Law school at William and Mary in Virginia. On Monday he received an acceptance letter to Baylor Law School and a 150,000+ Presidential Scholarship. Momma and I are excited he will stay in Texas and very proud of his hard work paying off.

What's his undergrad in? For construction attorneys, business seems to be on a constant boom.

Congrats to the boy and his parents, that kind of hard work shows the boy was raised the right way because he wouldn't have got this far with that.

Don't worry about his major. Im graduating from law school this May. My undergrad was psychology, but once he is in law school he will be introduced to all different types of law and will eventually in his three years find a few that he is really interested in. Majority go into law school not having a clue what they want to do. Best thing to do is join the different organizations at school. They will have everything from Oil and Gas to Family Law organizations. Most likely they will have speaking events each semester where attorney's come in and talk about how they got to where they were and what they do on a daily basis. I come from a family of litigation attorney's and thought that was what I was gonna do. I became the president of the Real Estate and Construction Law Society my second year and we had a speaker come and discuss transactional law. That one event changed my path in law school.

Sounds like he will do very well based on the scholarships he has been offered. Congrats to your son!
