jackie passed her 3rd hunt test at the waterloo hunt test in manheim, texas next week we have the 4th test , if she passes that one she will be a certified a.k.c junior hunter, very nervous but can not wait to get after it.

I keep kicking around getting Beaux into the hunt test game but I don't think she's ready yet. Her ADHD get the best of her sometimes.

thanks, you would be suprised how some hyper dogs do great at the test, jackie is usually mellow but when she hears the guns pop she knows it is game time she gets real excited and cant wait for the word go

The hunt test scene is addicting. I stepped back from it this Spring, but may run a HRC Seasoned test with my 1.5 yr old male to get a feel for it. I've always ran AKC but interested in the HRC tests as well.

i had a master hunter/Hunter Retriever Champion . . . . . . .

miss him every single day. Honestly haven't duck hunted since him and I honestly loved to duck and goose hunt.
