Have you though about omelets? Throw in some pepperoni, mozzarella, ham, sausage and peppers. Cheeseburger eggs with ground meat and cheese. Etc

Nothing says you have to eat breakfast, especially if your still trying to loose weight. Intermittent fasting is a good way to increase loses. But to answer your question, the bullet proof coffee helps a lot of people. The fat and oils in the coffee hell you feel full until lunch. Also, look for recipes for keto pancakes or look back at Ashley's post for biscuits. Both good weekend breakfast when you have more time.

Can you have straight, black unsweetened coffee in the morning? I saw a bunch about the bulletproof coffee, but never saw anyone drinking black coffee...nothing added?

Yes, you can drink black coffee, but most people add butter, coconut oil and MCT oil to help get their daily fats

Use an oversized cup add your fats then sic the ol' immersion blender on it, it'll help you get those first few sips down without being overpowered by the oils.

Can our just nuke it till the butter and oil are liquid, then pour it in the coffee? My wife won't be happy if I crank up the blender @4:30

I've started adding some IF at least three days a week. Won't eat after 10PM and won't eat until between 1-3 PM the next day. Throw in a workout around 12. I feel good and it's helped kick start weight loss when I've plateaued or slipped out of ketosis.

I've thought about adding exogenous ketones, want to sell?

My wife uses one of the protein shake cups that has the mixing ball inside, then pours it into her Yeti. I don't drink coffee, but she seems to really like the mixture.

The blender is emulsify the oils, they won't stay that way but the blender keeps them long enough to get the first few sips down without the butter/coconut oil blast.

My wife bought some sort of itty bitty handheld coffee blender that's super quiet for this purpose.

I use it daily. Looks like it runs on a single AA, but I haven't replaced the battery yet.
