Please spread the word for this wonderful cause folks!! Hello my name is B.J. Herring and I am the president/ founder of Central Texas Bowhunter. This year we are hosting our 4th Annual Wounded Veterans Archery Shoot on June 3rd at Huaco Bowmen archery Club in Waco, TX and all the proceeds are being donated to the Hunting With Soldiers Organization. The Hunting with Soldiers Organization is a 501c3 non-profit organization (EIN: 46-5281550) that is ran by Gordon Melton. They take active duty soldiers, veterans, disabled veterans, and gold star children on all inclusive hunting trips. They cover all the costs for the hunt including travel, hotel/lodging, meals, trophy fee, and processing of the trophy. The trips that they take these soldiers on help them clear their mind and get the outdoor therapy that they need, at the same time they are building new friendships and brotherhood along the way. We are hosting this 3D archery shoot in hopes to raise enough money to help them put more soldiers, children, and veterans in the outdoors. In past years we have had Ted Nugent, Shemane Nugent, Razor Dobbs, and Kris Helms at our event and hoping for them to come again to sponsor our cause. I am writing you asking if you would be interested in donating to our benefit 3D shoot. Most of the profits that are madesigned at our tournaments come from raffle items. Last year we raffled off items such as bows, archery equipment, clothing/apparel, and hunting trips. We are hoping to double the amount of raffle items that we had last year. Therefore I am asking for your help/donation. If you would be willing to help it would be going to a great cause, and your donation would not go unseen. You/your company will be placed on our sponsor banner for our benefit shoot.
