I run a custom tune through a diablo for my 09 1500. Diablew is who I got my tune from. I'd recommend him.

Yep, I turned off the governor and had it turned all the way up doing about 135 ish on the beltway racing a mustang. Blew 7 of 16 lifters and had to completely rebuild the motor. No I wasn't in the red. It was mainly a mechanical failure. (Yes I was stupid and young!!) no I would not do it now!!

Just bought a Hypertech, did the tune myself to specifically disable the AFM. Heard good things about Diablo too.

First tank of gas, MPG improved almost 1.5 mpg city driving. Slightly increased shift points and firmness, runs like a truck should run again. Didn't mess with anything else, very simple to do.

Read that those can make all kinds of warning messages pop up on your dash display and generate false codes. Not saying all will, but that made me spend the extra $$$ and get the tuner.
