Not very likely unless some HF place lost a water gap or something

Yes in Wilco. Saw a nice buck few years ago near 2243 and Ronald Reagan. Don't know that there is an established heard but have seen a few. Seen some axis doe not far from my place in Leander.

There's a few but in a few small areas. Nothing widespread and can't think of any in the G town area.

My friend is a landscaper and is traveling that area a lot and seen some exotics. But I think they are mostly just escapees.

There were a few in the 3405 & 183 area a few years ago. I haven't seen them in a while and don't know if any are left.

Some of you may remember years ago, a group of TBHers netted some axis for transport off of CR 207. I believe the Axis I'm talking about escaped from that ranch.

They are scattered all over the western part of the county but not heavily any where. This is on that I saw down town Liberty Hill right where 1869 crosses the rail road tracks.

There are a few around the 29 and Ronald Reagan area. They run up and down the San Gabriel in that area I assume. Usually see 3 or 4 a year run over on the side of the road.

I have 10 acres for sale off 183 near Liberty Hill that is ag exempt and a herd of axis frequent. PM for details if interested.
